2. Pre-Payment Consultation

To avoid misunderstandings, clients are encouraged to:

  • Thoroughly discuss the project requirements before making payment.
  • Clarify all necessary features, design preferences, and expected deliverables.
  • Ask questions about timelines, revisions, and pricing before proceeding.

3. Project Completion & Delivery

Once payment is received, Brand Nova is committed to completing and delivering the agreed-upon project.

  • Work will be carried out based on the pre-discussed agreement.
  • Modifications or additional requests beyond the original agreement may require extra charges.
  • In case of project delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client and propose reasonable adjustments.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional cases:

  • If Brand Nova is unable to complete the project for any reason.
  • If there is a proven double charge due to a technical payment error.

Such cases will be reviewed, and if eligible, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
